The future of real estate is NOW!

Did you know that EClosings in North Carolina are already happening? Instructor Mark Saunders brings this timely and relevant information to life. Here you will learn about the most dynamic change ever in the real estate closing process.

The NC Secretary of State has worked for years to get everything in place to offer fully electronic real estate closings.  That time has finally come, and in this class, you will learn about the benefits to consumers of EClosing in NC.  This CE class will also focus on the changes brought about by an electronic process rather than a paper process.
