You’ll also learn about the most recent changes in the mortgage industry affecting your customer’s ability to get approved and the latest changes to the closing process.

This is a required course for the Workforce Housing Specialist Certification Program and the Graduate REALTOR Institute.

Although originally from Wilmington, NC, Jane began her career in real estate as a Realtor in Denver, Colorado.  After returning to North Carolina she became a mortgage loan officer in the Beaufort-Pitt County area. She worked in that capacity for 25 years until she joined NC Housing as the Training and Outreach Coordinator in January of 2014.
